Store Policy

Shipping 

Domestic shipping within the continental United States is free for orders over $50. All international shipping is subject to standard shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer. 
Holiday shipping times may vary and it is not Sacred Mountain Studio or the owners responsibility if an order is delayed with your chosen carrier. We will do our best to rectify these situations where we can, but ordering in time rests solely in the hands of the customer.
Orders are delivered to shipping carriers on Tuesday and Friday. 

Order Processing

All products are hand crafted and lovingly packaged with consideration and care. This attention to detail ensures you get exactly what you ordered, however this takes time. One week of processing time per order is standard and rush ordering is available for select products. Please note shipping dates under the shipping policy. 

Custom orders are not subject to one week of processing. Please review your quote for accurate processing time or reach out to the owner at Kendra@SacredMountainStudios.com

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Standard items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. A packing slip will be emailed to you for the return/exchange. Please place in original package and seal it shut before taking it to the appropriate carrier. Refund or exchange will be issued once the package is received by Sacred Mountain Studio.
